- The Checkout process automatically saves your current cart, and offers in addition to Pay at PayPal the option to Log Out and save your cart for later.
- Logging in automatically locates your saved cart, and queues it for reloading. The saved items and any Order Notes are reloaded the first time you access the shopping cart.
- To start a new cart without abandoning the saved one, select a product before logging in.
- To see your restored items, select any View Cart, or use My Current Cart from below your login.
- To abandon a saved cart, log out without using the Checkout / Save Cart option.
- There is no time limit on the saved shopping cart. It is available immediately after you log out, and will remain available (and attempt to reload) until you either complete your order or "abandon" the cart by signing out or leaving the site without using the Checkout / Save Cart process.
Note: It is possible to have multiple saved carts, which can become inconvenient if you're not expecting it. Carts are restored from Pending orders, starting with the most recent. Check your Order History if the system reloads your cart unexpectedly; orders can be left open and Pending in several different ways, most of which are automatic. Signing out and then in again (once per Pending order) will clear out any unintentionally saved carts.

At this time we are not accepting new requests for pre-orders. Below is the old pricing and instructions for when we reinstate it later, but please disregard at this time. We are still accepting rush orders starting at $250 per song.
RUSH ORDERS
1. Contact us with the words “RUSH ORDER” in the subject header.
2. Paste the YouTube URL of the version you would like in the body of the message.
3. Include the songwriter(s) names found at www.allmusic.com
You will receive a quote within 24-48 hours. Upon approval you will receive a Paypal invoice. Production and delivery time is usually 4-10 business days, sometimes longer depending on schedule or complexity of song.
Rush order fees start at $250. Advance payment in full is required.
RUSH A PRE-ORDER
Contact us if you have pre-ordered a song that you would like to upgrade to a rush order.
TERMS
All "pre-order" and "rush order" tracks are for your non-exclusive use and all terms of the User Agreement apply. There are no cash credits for pre-ordered songs - only exchanges in the form of existing tracks from the catalog per the rules above. Duplicate orders from the same Paypal customer for a pre-ordered title do not count towards the (5) required (pre-orders must be from 5 different users) to put a song into production. Duplicate orders are non-refundable (please check your previous orders before placing your pre-order) but can be applied to a rush order. Multi-song discounts are available for pre-orders but not for rush orders or custom work. Requests for live versions of songs in the 6-12 minute range will be edited per our discretion for the ease of play-ability.
